The publication unfolds along a continuous, expandable timeline—first tracing Eames, then Scher—allowing each designer’s work to be read independently or as a complete whole. Small “pinned” inserts appear throughout, referencing influential works beyond graphic design from the same periods, situating both designers within a broader cultural and material context.
